“Worst EyeMed company ever you cannot submit forms online. It will show you everything is ok but will not show up in clams. Emailed customer service and they said just mail the form in really. No fix for you system.
Update: now shows two clams. Wow system is really bad.
Update: now showing three clams. I guess your system takes about two weeks to show clam. Not thinking you system was work beyond never got email or never showed up on your app. I summited the clam two more times. You need to have a email sent out showing clam created.
Update after about three weeks. Someone finally got around to do their job.”
