If you’re thinking about ordering pickup or delivery from the Goshen Kroger—don’t. This location is a mess when it comes to keeping things in stock. They don’t carry or restock half of what’s listed in Kroger’s online catalog—items that every other nearby Kroger seems to have no problem keeping on the shelves. Want a specific brand of tea? Good luck. Need a basic grocery item? Odds are, they’re out.
I’m not sure if the issue is poor management, staffing, or just general neglect, but compared to other Kroger locations, Goshen is easily the worst. At least they manage to keep milk stocked—congrats on meeting the bare minimum, I guess.
If you actually want to receive what you order, just go to the Branch Hill-Guinea Pike Kroger instead. Unlike this location, they seem to understand that a grocery store should actually have groceries.
Kroger, if you’re listening, fix this store. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Goshen Kroger sucks. If you are unfortunate enough to have to use this location, you know what I mean. The small carts are rarely available, the checkout lines are rarely staffed sufficiently, and you are forced to bag your own groceries most of the time after waiting a considerable amount of time to get to that point. The management is subpar; they will stand behind their customer service counter and gleefully watch you bag your own groceries while people are stacked in line waiting to pay. The store needs a complete managerial overhaul with particular attention to quality associates being hired. What this location has now are about half the associates not even good enough to work at a grocery store because they lack the customer service attitude and care for the customer. At this point, I refuse to patronize this location and drive to other locations where their workforce is not made up of poor-quality people.

Probably one of the worst kroger stores in ohio. Constantly out of basic products. Limited selection of products in comparison to other stores. The produce section is a joke. The goshen kroger is always cluttered and dirty. Awful experience every time I shop here.

Goshen Kroger is dirty. I believe they get old produce from other stores. Staff is young and hangs around talking not working. I had to ask them to bag my groceries. Managers do not help with deli during normal hours when staff is not available.

Store was clean but staff thought it was more important to hang out talking to each other than tending to the self checkout which was all that was open. The guy was just off talking to his buddies like they were hanging out not working.

Prices are increasing, though the Plus card and digital coupons take some of the sting away. Cashiers are friendly. Some of the baggers need a refresher course in bagging and loading a cart. The last few times at this location, the bagger is more interested in conversation with other employees than paying attention to their job.

Limited selection and parking and produce isn't the greatest. Great small store for running in and out real quick.

Went to the store at 9:20pm on 3/17/24. Doors were locked. They are suppose to be open until 10pm. Very disappointing.
