I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from here. Got a 2021 dodge charger scatpack. I drove from nc. I’ve talked to them for about 2 weeks and they went above and beyond to find me the best deal and answered all questions. They were honest and transparent about the car. Smooth transaction and would definitely drive another 8 1/2 hours to do business with them.

They sell nothing but junk with tons of issues and try to tell your they’re great cars, either run the vin or check a carfax. The employees are rude and will harass you.

Over priced vehicles. Called to check the availability of the truck because internet showed a great price but come to find out the truck is another 5k putting it over KBB. Asked if there was any wiggle room, and the lady said no. Was willing to pay for the truck in full with Cash!

I can't recommend Upscale Auto enough!! These folks are top notch and if you want to be treated way better than just another customer like most dealers/sellers, then Upscale Auto is a spot you should definitely stop by!!! Did their absolute best with financing and got me a great rate during bad times with the economy so they can also get great deals lined up better than what I've ever experienced! On top of that, I was in a serious jam waiting on a home loan after my just paid off Audi was stolen and totaled, holiday travel across the country and had to get the truck almost 3,000 miles back to where I was working. All I can say is any other place, then this deal wouldn't have worked out and I'm damn lucky! Many thanks to the folks of 513UpScaleAuto!!
