It's AutoZone. How can you go wrong. They had everything I needed, and the woman at the register was great!
I only give this particular store 3 stars because as I was walking around the store picking my items, I had to listen to one employee who insisted on throwing out the F-bomb frequently whike talking to other workers as if he was working in a barn and not a place of business. He continued the whole time I was in there with no regard to anyone in the store.
If I had walked in with small children, I'd have walked right back out, and they would have lost a sizable sale. If I'd have seen his name tag, I would have posted here as well.

Update 6/21/25: more than 24+ hours later, I still don't have my refund, and car issues that are unresolved. I can't even get my new parts because y'all still have my money.
Not a great experience. I showed the woman working there two car parts in my Amazon shopping cart my mechanic told me to order for my car. The lady had all the information she needed, and my vehicle information to make sure the parts were correct. I even stressed that to her when I was there how important it was to make sure they were correct.
Low and behold, the parts were NOT correct. I returned them so I can get the correct ones, which my mechanic said he would do himself. Except they won't refund all the money I paid, something about I don't get the taxes back. Total rubbish. I already messaged corporate. I tried to call but website has a bunch of red tape trying to get a dang number. So unacceptable!
Not only did I NOT get all them money back, it's been over an hour and I still don't have my refund less tax. I'm supposed to order the parts but y'all have my money tied up! Again, unacceptable! You got my immediate payment. I should have my refund immediately, and ALL of it. Next step, making a TikTok to document this utter disappointment of an experience.
Will not be going there again.

Every time I go up there it Seems like someone is bother that they have to get up from the chair and help. Or they are super Bothered To answer any questions. The only reason I have it three stars is because there is a few older gentleman that still has an idea That this is there job and they need to go act it a certain way. The guy I had today with the banana pin on his hat was the lazy guy I have seen at any store, His attitude was horrible act like he was too good to answer my questions or to get up from his chair to help also just trying to double check to Make sure I got the right things for my family he was even more bothered. Then he asked me if I was paying cash I said yes then he disappeared To a whole new cash register and yell out my Total like I was supposed know he went to a different register. I heard stories about this AutoZone and After today, I fully agree I will not be going here anymore till they have new people

I went in tonight to see if I could get help with replacing my rear turn signal bulb. Valerie asked how she could help, researched what was needed and gathered the correct tools. We went outside in the frigid cold and replaced the rear bulb holding a light so that we were able to see. Thank you Valerie for your care and patience! I truly appreciate it!!!

I know nothing about cars, but frequently use their free diagnostic tool when mine acts up. The workers are always nothing but helpful, and admit when they aren't knowledgeable on something.
