Placed an order through door dash for 50 tenders and jojos at 10am to be delivered at 6pm. got confirmation of order at 11:45am. At 4:30pm received and order cancellation notice from door dash. I called to see why and was told that for an order this size 2 days notice are required when i asjed why it was confirmed i was told it was a mistake. So i asked why it took 5 hours to get the cancellation to which i was told 'it chimed in at 3pm and was cancelled at 430' i said i received the confirmation at 1145. The response was 'sir, i dont need your business you can just call kfc' needless to say i will no longer be providing my business to grafton convenient.

Ordered Chicken and jojo's last night. The chicken was just ok., a bit over cooked. I saw the jojo's in the basket when he brought it out of fryer, but they forgot to put in tin with the chicken. I called when I got home and they said I could come back and get it. I didn't. There were 3 people working and 2 of them went in the back room and paid zero attention to customer service. The young man left out front was trying to do everything and went to the backroom to ask questions 3 times while I was in the store. Disappointing to say the least.

Monday morning I was there, two lady’s working saw me. I waited at the counter to be checked out for a good 5 minutes, but while waiting the lady who makes deli sandwiches was coughing up a storm, touching her mask and face.. goes back to touching the bread, cheese.. coughs like crazy again, touches her mask and face then continued to touch the deli meat. After she saw me watching her (still waiting to be rung out on my drinks) she continues to hack up a lung going on about her day. Point is, I’d never trust that deli again. Apparently covid/ germs/ hand washing doesn’t matter in that deli.

Best chicken we ever had, ordered the 150 jo jo and 150 tenders for a party, everyone loved it. They always have white claw in stock to go along with my party needs, and lowest gas prices.

Went there last night and ordered chicken and jojo potatoes. Got home and was very disappointed with the chicken. It was deep fried so much that we couldn't even eat the skin on it. We all had to pull the skin off. I like crispy chicken but not where you can't eat the skin!!! Never again

Called in a $130. Food order last Tuesday (chicken, tenders, Jojo's, sandwich plater) for a birthday party on Saturday. Order was confirmed and was told it would be ready at 4 pm. Show up at 4 to pick up food, they claim that they have no order for us. So now we are stuck with 25 people at the house and NO FOOD. Spent 1.5 hours and over $200 gathering up food from other places. Been buying from this store for years.... Not any longer. What a joke!
