GLW is a local internet provider for over 2 yrs. Customer note excellent and friendly customer service and cheaper, personal service that is very helpful. Internet is available for over 22 devices in the house and offer sufficient uptime for work from home. Occasional outages and occasional issues are but they are quick to resolve them and always pleasant to talk with. The service has improved and is the best option in the rural area but occasional outages. Highly recommend this local provider for internet and friendly service.

Had them for over 2 yrs, excellent and friendly customer service! Only internet available at the time and did what it needed to do with over 22 devices in the house. Internet did go out here and there but nothing that was note worthy. In my opinion, worth more than the 1 star they are currently receiving from others.

Love that there is a local internet provider in Grafton. They are cheaper, offer more personal service and are very helpful if you run into issues. The only issue is occasional outages but they are quick to resolve them. I work from home and have sufficient uptime.

Maybe the service has improved by now, but we weren't willing to pay money for something we weren't getting. If your offering to a service to someone it should be the best.
