Renting online was easy. There was a small technical error that said someone else rented the unit and sent me back to the previous screen but after talking with customer service they were able to see the unit was successfully rented. I liked that I could come at my convenience with the temporary combination lock and everything else I needed was inside the unit. The only other thing is I wish they would have mentioned that the unit I would be getting was not part of the regular structure and was added mobile units with a step up into the unit since I would be moving things alone into the unit with just a dolly made it very difficult.

So I've been a unit renter for a few years and when the new owners took over we were off to a rough start,, when I'm used to something being one way I hate when it changes.( LoL.that's on me) but I do believe things are turning around for the better.. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a storage unit to check em out..
