I recently rented a Storage Bay, Scheffield, Ohio they told me I had my first month free and three days later I got a bill for a month. Apparently your month starts on the first of the month so the first free month was only three days. Keep this in mind when renting from Them

When my wife and I pulled up, there was a lock, a can koozie and a Valley Storage key ring waiting for us inside. Also, since I'll be moving to the area, I chose this storage business over another business because this location is women owned.

The storage place is secure, clean and non replaceable items in my unit I feel that they are secure. The customer service is excellent with returning phone calls and being accompany helpful. I have been there for almost 3 years. I downsized to a smaller unit after cleaning and giving items to my 2 adult children.

I’m not one to write many reviews but with the experience that my in laws have received I couldn’t help but write . They have just recently moved into their new home and had movers get the majority of their furniture out of storage at Valley Storage in Grafton. Much to their horror it was all covered in black mold from a leak in the roof of the storage unity. All is lost….thousands of dollars of furniture of which insurance won’t cover even a sliver of the cost. Valley Storage will make no Restitution for any of the loss. I feel awful for my family.
