It’s been good so far but I haven’t stored my stuff yet, so I can’t fully say. While there were some technical discrepancies on the website compared to the information I received via email, customers service was really prompt in ensuring my questions were answered and that my issues were sorted.

As a novice to storage space, we just called the number while we were onsite and Stacy answered quickly and walked us through the steps to secure a unit, remotely. The process was seamless and she answered all of our questions. We got our items moved into storage within an hour. Excellent customer care! Unit was clean and included a complimentary lock 🔐. Highly recommended!

Good storage. Upped the price to match inflation and don't take you paying your storage fee late lightly. They will lock it down after a few days. And wildlife can find it's way in.
