I wish there was a zero star rating. This rating is purely for the service, since we were never actually seated. Our experience seems very similar to other reviewers. We were a party of 6 and arrived around 6pm on a Friday night. The hostess was very rude, hard to even communicate with, and we immediately felt very unwelcome. There were a number of tables open and we were told they could not seat us for at least an hour. Then, we decided to wait in seats at the bar and she told us we shouldn’t do that since we would be blocking the walk ways. We still decided to wait, since there’s few dinner options in the area. After a few minutes we were told there was one table that could fit us and it would be a minimum 1.5 hour wait. We then saw another table with takeout boxes and a check and asked if we could fit there and we were told they were drinking and would likely be there for a while too. We left shortly after that and I will never return to support this business.

The menu was really fun with lots of options: salads, burgers, Mac and cheese, etcI was REALLY disappointed in their drink menu. They only serve beer and wine. Great for lunch/dinner, not for drinks.

Very good food and service.Atmosphere is Southwest themed and good background music. Set at the bar and have a drink or grab a booth to eat. Hamburgers are amongst the best I've

If you have a drop top or roll on two wheels, odds are, you've found yourself cruising on Rt 65 accelerating through the rolling hills and curves. On this stretch, that follows the river, is a little town called Grapid Rapids. It's in this small historic city that you'll find the charming eatery of Knucklehead's Kafé standing at the end of the towns landscape next to the Old Firehouse with the Maumee River in its backyard. Stepping in, you will quickly feel that it pays homeage to a Southwestern style of art-deco and original brick structure with an array of antique history placed throughout its encompassing walls. My two favorite spots were the backroom that features a massive chandelier unlike anything I've ever seen and barn stall door, making it perfect for private parties. The other spot is two shelves loaded with countless albums from musicians of decades past. While scrolling through the music, this is when I met Dillion, the owner, who gave me insight on his coined Kafé.Okay, so let's talk about drinks and the food! Craft beer is on tap, AWESOME. If you want domestic stuff, they have it by way of bottles. I opted for a Scottish Ale and then a Double IPA by Earnest Brew. If wine is what you like, they have quite a few choices, but you won't find any liquor. As funny as it is, this margarita guy didn't even notice that till the end of our visit, so kudos to Knucklehead's!K2, as I'll refer to it, has a vast menu of signature gormet burgers and sandwiches, multiple varations of Mac n cheese and BBQ ribs that are on special one of the days. I should have taken a picture of the menu, but hey, hopefully, this will make you wanting to stop in! Upon wise advice, I went with Kunck's Mac n Cheese, adding chicken and selecting the homemade coleslaw. I'm not a slaw kinda guy, but this makes twice now that I've enjoyed it, and K2's version is absolutely on point! The Mac n Cheese melted in my mouth, and I enjoyed every bite to wanting to lick the bowl, but I didn't. Baked with old-school macaroni, it's a creamy white sauce made from multiple cheeses and hearty chunks of hand cut chicken that will certainly hit the spot. Now that I've had their house blend, I'm looking forward to trying their flavorful renditions of this popular dish. The girl who introduced me to this gem,one of her favorites, opted with The Popper Burger, slaw, and home cut seasoned fries. This gormet delight has a mixture of tastes that will entertain your pallette from the rasberry jam and cream cheese to the bacon and jalapeños. Would love to say more, but I only had a small portion to sample while I devoured my entree ?I (we) will most certainly be back, Bon Appétit!

The popper burger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Fries are like carnival fries, very good with vinigar, and the bake bean are sweet with molasses. Also very good. Service and atmosphere and music selection all top notch. Will definitely be back.

I appreciate the effort to have a vegan/vegetarian option, but the black bean burger is literally just black beans they smashed and then pushed together in a patty form. A frozen Morning Star patty would have been better.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option is technically vegetarian but is a can of smooshed black beans lumped into a patty shape

Just ordered appetizers. Went for vegan options but there wasn't much to choose from. Others ordered non-vegan Mac and cheese and they seemed to think it was OK.

We have been coming here for years, but this will be our last time. Food was good, but it took over 30 minutes just to get the appetizer and then our food came out 5 minutes later. What was the worse were all the gnats in the restaurant, they were flying around us landing on our cups and plates. We were constantly trying to kill them as was all the tables around us. The pop was flat, when I sent it back our waitress said its been like that for 4 years. I know this isn't true because all the other times I have ordered pop it was fine, She replaced it with Lemonade.

It's a nice little place to grab a meal. My burger was a little over done for my liking. But the food was still good. Can't beat the white Mac and cheese.
