I walk out a UPS store a block for the Fedex site at the UPS store i was able to drop a return without the need of a box compared to Fedex where a had a box and a label and they did not want to take because the box was not tape. The gentleman who at register suggested that I buy a Duck tape so they can take the small box I was shipping. If they want to refuse a simple service like making a tape available to close a box Fedex is not doing a good job and a good service from Walgreens

Easy,fast and much better to drop off there then the actual FedEx store on Olentangy Rd.

FedEx's automated phone service makes it completely impossible to speak to a representative unless you have an issue that fits their options. It's extremely frustrating. I would go someplace else if it wasn't a prepaid label

No tapes provided. You even need to buy one to tape the shipping label. Don't be so greedy.
