About Orchard House Granville
Based on the reviews, Orchard House Granville is a wonderful place for a wedding or a stay. It is a beautiful, historic twelve-acre estate with a charming manor. The location is absolutely beautiful, with a rural setting and lovely grounds to walk around. The rooms are nice, well appointed, and beautifully decorated, featuring a big 4 post bed and access to a back deck. The bed is very comfortable. The exterior is lovely, with straight pines in woods and huge antique wooden church pews in woods. The staff and host are friendly, great, stupendous, warm, and inviting. The breakfast is amazing and phenomenal, with delicious food like candied bacon, French toast and berries, pancakes with peach and elderberry toppings, fresh farm eggs, and exceptionally good coffee. The breakfast is served with real glasses and silverware. Orchard House is pet friendly. It is a clean, beautifully maintained historic home with fantastic art and photography on the walls. The entire stay is nice, relaxing, and a great respite. It feels like a home away from home.

What a wonderful place to stay while in the Granville/Newark area. The host was great, rooms were nice and well appointed. The breakfasts were delicious! A true pleasure to stay here.
