“I just went to the Buckeye Lake Ohio post office the Friday after Thanksgiving and Austin was there to help me. He is always there by himself every holiday working even though he has a family. This nice young man deserves time off and I hope USPS recognizes his dedication.”

“I stopped by this post office to drop of a bunch of packages Saturday and once i got home i saw a shipping label that i forgot to apply (running around like a chicken with its head cut off. ) well krysten the worker that helped me noticed and packaged it up and sent it to my po box using the return address on my other packages. Above and beyond. I wish i wasnt a home owner so i can move closer to this location. That was so sweet and thoughtful. I also noticed how caring she was to the other customers. So sweet and wholesome.”
“The Postmaster was very nice and helpful. Needed special stamps for Thank You notes. They happen to have thank you stamps. He had to look for them and did not get annoyed. Told me to have a nice day and congratulations for the Wedding.”

“Since we did not have any luck with fertility clinics in the states because she was over 50, Baby Girl decided she was going to fly to Zürich and try the 360 center. In a rush she forgot the documents she needed, the post office went above and beyond and got the exact postage and assured me the documents would get there safe. I can’t thank them enough highly recommend this place.”
