Rude and unprofessional.
Direct to manager is the worst. All she had to do was we don't authorize pump for gas can, they're all prepaid now, and be polite. You would thing that the storage manager. Would already have at common skill.

I have visited this station three times and though the price of gas is always reasonable here the station is never equipped with window washing fluid or paper towels..

Probably 1 of the worst experiences I've ever had with the youngblady at 9:45 pm,, tonight.. she's all over the place and disrespectful.... I went I'm to get cash from ATM, than run my lottery for my winnings, she was gonna run it for refunding them, I said no I didn't tell you that.. Than I have her my lottery receipt to run some numbers, she didn't act like she knew what she was doing,,, I asked her are you ok,, I just want my numbers ran to have lottery numbers,,, than she commenced me to chewing me out,, I told her I wanted a receipt for what I paid in,, and she wouldn't give me that.. than went back to chewing me out I told her to give me my car now... she would not hand it to me.. just wanted to stand there and argue.. I did grab a receipt thinking it was mine.. but I know I grabbed wrong receipt,, the girl was acting like she was on drugs.... The woman before me got out before paying her bill, and she realized she let her go with out paying and she ran out of store to get her while I was still waiting inside for help, she left me alone by myself. She also come running out of store with another customer inside to start arguing with me again,,, as he's a nut .. you need to get her drug tested... speaking from someone who does work in the customer service industry.. I will never come back there again,,.. I don't want to be losing money from her...

pretty great gas station unless you wanna actually get gas😀😀 i tried tap to pay at two different pumps that didn’t work, went inside to pay and that didn’t work either. you know what finally did work? going somewhere else😁😁

Popped in for energy drinks, found Ghost on sale "buy 2 get 1 free." When I got up to the register, the total came up $8.98! I said "hey there's a promo sign back there b2g1F! The cashier said "well it only took $1 off and that's the total of 3. I'm like "ok, then I don't want the 3rd one." She said "Redbulls and Monsters are buy 2 get 1, but not a single sign indicating that! I was on my way to work and didn't have time to mess around with it. I got my 2 Ghosts for $3.98 each and left! She should have honored the price for me and then took down the sign. I can't be the only one this happened too. She was nice though, not rude at all!

This is by far the better of the two gas stations in Granville. For one thing the pumps actually work instead of eating your card, freezing, or trying to show you ads instead of pumping gas. The two stations have the same prices.

The CCard service was out AGAIN - only a small notice was on the front door (40 feet away) - THERE SHOULD A NOTICE ON EVERY PUMP before i get out of the car, and use a few CCards thinking the issue is me. Both gals were sitting comfortably behind the counter as I was standing at the front door in the rain...... no way to run a business.

Great station with typical gas prices for the area. They have great selection of drinks, coffee, snacks, beer, car accessories and more. Much more importantly the staff is very enjoyable at this location. I leave always thinking- wow they are really friendly, how unusual for almost all gas stations. Overall you cannot go wrong with this gas station. They do not have diesel available.
