As we were getting relocated out of Granville, we knew we needed someone we could trust and was knowledgeable in the market to help us get our house ready to sell quickly, and for the best price. We've known Mary personally for years and also knew what she was capable of in this situation. We obviously weren't disappointed: the house was priced right, Mary and her team did an outstanding job walking us through the process and being available, staging the house and getting great pictures of it both in and out; so good in fact that it sold on the pictures alone, before it even went active, and for above asking price.
