“We previously leased a tank from another company. Apparently this year we used way more propane and it caught us off guard when we checked our levels and realized we were practically out of propane. Our current (large) company said they would be able to get to us filled between 3-10 buisness days. This week it'll be in the negatives, so this is an absolutely terrifying situation. This other company stated that there's really nothing they can do about our situation as they are backed up. If you're not aware, it's illegal for a different company to fill a leased tank. We called around in a panic trying to find a solution. Not only was NWO the only company that seemed to express any kind of empathy to our situation, they had a new tank in my yard and filled it that day. They really saved the day and I cant express enough gratitude for their effort.”
