I was very disappointed when I arrived to see the staff regarding a medical election and find Ariana, who was checking us in, speaking in a very loud voice about the reason for our visit and then proceed to make a big deal about my insurance. Speaking about customers health in a loud voice is both unnecessary and rude, not to mention protected by the law. While I do have an uncommon carrier for insurance, the provider is well known. Once she read the card she was easily able to check me in. No need to make a big deal in front of a line of people. Do better!

Until now, I have refused to leave negative reviews because I really feel that people are doing their best. However. This store has the most rude staff, my scripts are constantly messed up, and I get the runaround when trying to get things resolved. If my insurance didn’t mandate using them, I’d have been gone long ago. Every single month, it’s a constant issue about something, and the rudeness just adds a whole new layer. I’m contacting their corporate office.

Sign on door states open until 10 pm. It was 9:55, just needed to grab one thing, would have been gone before close. Door didn't open, clerk standing by door said they were closed. When I mentioned that it wasn't 10 yet, they shrugged and walked away. May be time to look for a new pharmacy.
