I’m sorry I don’t know the associate’s name, but she has beautiful red hair. She helped me out on Thursday night right before closing. She listened to what I wanted and suggested the right products. I love my hair, $200 treatment for $25! Thank you!!

They close at 6 on Sunday but if you show up at 5:40pm they have the door locked and no one is there just bad business if you ask me

The cashier was very rude. I was really surprised that she didn’t get off her phone. She was smiling at her phone and never acknowledged that a customer was in the building. She didn’t ask me if I needed help, nor said hello. I thought that all of the Sally’s customer services reps were supposed to at least say hello, or ask if we need help? when I asked her for a bag to place my 5 items in a bag she said “um we only have really big bags, so… do you still want a bag?” I said “yes please.” Because I didn’t want to walk out of the store with exposed items (I thought it would look bad) And when she picked up the bag she kinda threw my last item in the bag as if I was annoying her. I told her “thank you very much,” and she went back to her phone. Didn’t say, “you’re welcome, or have a nice day.” It was just a very awkward encounter. She didn’t even ask me for a Sally’s card or anything lol I know that kind of stupid, but it was so awkward.. I just want to know when did they allow their workers to sit on their cell phones while their checking customers out? I thought that was really odd.

Very displeased with this store. I had bought a bunch of stuff from the Sally’s in the chapel hill area and the girl was very nice and told me if I didn’t use anything I could return it as long as I had the receipt and nothing was used or open. I bleached my hair and it turned blue and dead so I chopped it all off( that’s not the issue) so I went today to return all the stuff I didn’t use and I had my receipt and the other lady informed that because I didn’t have a Sally’s account I couldn’t return anything so it would’ve been nice if I was informed that from the beginning. I was so upset but I ended up just giving the lady my stuff because I had no use for it. Get your facts together Sally’s

While I understand the precautions due to Covid-19, I don’t understand advertising that you are open from 10-5 on a Monday, and at 2:00 having no one to unlock the doors and let a customer shop. Lights on, no one is home. Looks like I’m taking my business elsewhere as this was my third attempt to spend money in your store.
