Service and website are good. Easy to use convenient, prompt. However, customer appreciation is lacking. The invoice is full of Hazmat fees, fuel surcharge, tank rental fee, and even a charge for signing a contract for gas, to name a few. You would think a platinum member in good standing would get a reward. These fees should not be endured by customers who sign contracts and pay on time and agree to a membership and are tenured customers. If you want to keep good customers from leaving and encourage people to pay on time and sign contracts then offer the best price for gas and add some real perks like no service fees.

Completely ran out of propane in the dead of winter. Zach saw my post on Facebook pleading for help, got in contact with me, and I propane the next day on a Saturday!! Great guys. Highly recommend!!!

I've been with Ferrellgas for nearly 30 years and they have always been prompt, polite and understanding..I would highly recommend this company! The delivery guys are so amiable! Always a positive experience!!
