the girl with the glasses is rude. we was in the drive through for 10 minutes and still didn’t get an answer. we walked in and stood there for a solid 6 minutes until another employee came up. she had airpods in. she needs FIRED !

Got a 12.00 mexicali. A few strands of lettuce, no guac.. I asked for light sauce and it's drowning. No working phone number.

Best subway I've ate at. Inside is cool and modern but comfy. Sandwich artists are quick. They listen. They build a killer Sandwich everytime.I wish all subways are clean, friendly and fast as they are in greenfield.

My experience was terrible the worker told us we needed to have placed an order ahead because they had to leave in 20 minutes when they close at 9. There was only two workers and they said it was hard for them because they had someone through the drive through as well. We only had 5 subs.

We placed a order at 4:30pm on the mobile app. It was supposed to be done at 4:55pm. My husband and my daughter walked in to grab our order which was 3 subs and 4 cookies. They walked in at 5:10pm to pick up our order. Nothing had been made at this point but stated completed on the app. As they are waiting in line to finish the subs they state they are out of the cookies we ordered as they placed them into another customers bag. This is highly unacceptable. This will be our last time at this subway location.

It was approximately 4:32 when I ordered my food. On the app, it was stated that it would be ready at 4:55, giving them 23 minutes to make 3 simple subs and box 4 cookies. I and my father arrive around 5:10 giving them plenty of time for the order to be made. When we arrived there were at least 4 cars in the drive-through and at least 3-4 people in line waiting. As we got to the front of the line it was made clear they had been “booked” and they hadn't even started the order. We waited patiently for the food to be made as we are waiting the worker states to us that there is no more of the cookies we ordered, raspberry cheesecake, but as we looked over the rest of the cookies we had ordered was placed in another customers box. As soon as they ask us what we would like instead we reply we would like the double chocolate but once again the rest of that particular cookies were being placed in yet another box for that same customer. We then had to get the plain chocolate chip cookie. After this, we were very disappointed and upset since this hadn't been the first issue we had with this Subway.

I have a gluten allergy and I asked for a sub with no bread and the lady said she had to call the manager. And I thought that was d*** but even dumber the manager said no. So I couldn’t use the coupon I had and had to pay more money for a protein bowl and get less food. Why should they care if I don’t want bread on my sub. Never going back there.
