“I have a lab/Pyrenees who is pretty animal reactive and doesnt tend to favor males to much. The staff did an amazing job working with me to ensure that everyone was as stress free and safe as possible for our visit. I was nervous when Dr. Bills (a new male vet that we've never seen before) walked in.... but he did an awesome job with my big guy!!! Allowed Sam to figure out that things were fine and only engaged when Sam was good to go. It was a great positive experience for my big guy and I cannot thank him enough!! A very welcome addition to your clinic for sure! We love our vets!!”
