“If I could give 1000 stars, I would. Hands down THE BEST auto shop in Ohio. Ed and his team are fantastic all the way around. They are all so very knowledgeable and explain things so even my teenaged daughter understands and will get you back on the road in no time. Ed treats people like family with his warmth, HONESTY, and extremely reasonable prices. I can't even begin to express how wonderful this auto shop is and I almost feel sorry for the people who don't know about them. I can't recommend them enough. Great people, great work and great prices. Update My other post was 7 years ago (and that was after I had already gone to him for years). Just wanted to update it to reflect the continuous OUTSTANDING owner Ed and his amazing car repair business. Nowhere, and I mean nowhere else will EVER compare. Ed is a rarity in this world, especially when it comes to the car repair business. He goes above and beyond. May your pillow always stay cool Ed ❤.”

“I recently had my vehicle repaired at CARSTAR Collision after an accident, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly caring and professional. They truly went above and beyond — even personally picking up parts to speed up the repair process. The communication was great, and the quality of the work is outstanding. My car looks amazing, like nothing ever happened. I’m so grateful for their hard work and attention to detail. Very satisfied and highly recommend”

“I have read some of the negative reviews and I am a repeat customer. The owners and staff have ALWAYS been helpful with unloading my vehicle, and always transparent with pricing. The market prices goes up and down all the time. One can not blame them for that. Would be like giving a bad review to gas station because prices went up. Sometimes unreasonable people have unreasonable expectations and just take it out on the world. This business treats everyone fairly as I have now been there over 100 times and not once did I ever see a customer get mistreated. 5 stars, keep up the great customer service.”

“My girlfriend locked her keys out of her car and her unlock button on the door doesn’t work. After calling around to different places these guys were by far the fastest and cheaper than anyone else. The Operator Ryan showed up and had it open before I could blink. If I could leave more stars I would I recommend millers towing to anyone who needs quality work at a reasonable price. Thanks again!”

“Probably one of the best and decent prized towings I ever used in my life. This company is a 10/10. They did not charge us for the road call, instead they sent a towing truck and towed our truck to a shop charging us only an hour for everything! You don't see that very often these days. Josh, great guy, very nice and helpful! Great people and great service!”
