“I've known Tim and his family for most of my life. Long before he owned Muffler Mart I considered him good people. My folks back in the day used The Muffler Mart plenty of times for assorted jobs and always had great experiences. Now, as an adult I've taken my business to Tim's Muffler Mart because of it being the most honest mechanic in town. I've had shocks replaced, mufflers installed, mufflers repaired, exhaust work, tie rods, bearings replaced and tires rotated on multiple vehicles throughout the year. My most recent visit was replacing a tie rod, wheel bearing and a muffler repair in my 2010 Nissan Titan SE 5.6. We had price checked with the dealer for the same repair and they wanted over $1,500.00. We took it to Tim the following week and he managed to get it down for under $600.00 out the door. Not only did he get it down in the time he told us he would, but he also communicated throughout the entire process. Estimate was given prior to service, we were alerted quickly when the work was done and it was all done with a friendly atmosphere, which even the best mechanics usually do not have! The process with Tim and his assistant Andy has been staggering. This may truly be one of the last mechanics with integrity that you can actual trust to have an esteemed appreciation for your well being. The only gripe I would have, is that they are not a full service Mechanic, but specializes in exhaust, suspension and things like that. I'd bring my vehicles here for everything if i could! “My husband's truck was making a horrible roaring sound in the front end. I stopped by Elite truck and auto repair to have them take a look. After test driving for less than a quarter mile a bad wheel bearing was identified and they squeezed me into their schedule to get the issue fixed. They gave me a loaner car while they were making the repairs. They were very accommodating and when I received the truck back by 5:00 that same evening it was a much quieter ride. They were very professional and very kind. I will be back”
