My daughter went to AutoZone to purchase a set of windshield wipers. After making the purchase the male attendant handed her the wipers and said have a nice day. My daughter explained she didn't know how to install wiper blades. The attendants response was "you will figure it out". What we figured out is that the next time she needs wiper blades go to O'Reilly's. They are much friendlier and put the blades on for you.
