Absolutely no customer service. If they say they’re open more likely than not they aren’t and close early. The new owner is rude and unwilling to acknowledge his staff closing the store early and is completely unprofessional. I’ve been with boost in Greenville for a few years now switched to it when it was the old owner. Now with new owner ship I’ve never had more problems with a phone company in my life.

Staffing won't help with any technical issues, they used to call customer support to get help and cut through but not anymore. Friend of mine tried going in but they closed early, heard the conversation between him and the owner and the owner is completely rude.
