I've had a storage unit here for three years. I was able to rent the unit online and I make my payments online. I communicate with the employees through emails. I like that! I'm able to speak to them in person if I choose to but doing everything online and through texts/emails is what I prefer. I highly recommend this location. I compared prices when I needed a unit and I thought their prices were reasonable. I also like their variety of locations and units.

Horrible went to get an item out of my unit and unit has been emptied out, everything of value stolen !!!! Washer, Dryer, Stove, Fridge, music equipment and more!!!! Filed a report with the Darke County Sheriff Department ! Someone left their cut up tires behind. Management did not seem compassionate at all and after asking questions found out they have no cameras in the back where the units are. Warning everyone who has rented units there to check theirs if you havent in a while.

Nice place , my only issue was , my stuff got moldy inside the unit , I threw most of it away, I didn't call to complain, so I'm just going to put this review here to give you a heads up and make sure if you rent a unit to wrap/cover everything
