“Have been a satisfied customer for many years. Really enjoy the convenience of the monthly unlimited service. Not sure the hand drying is needed, especially if they would lower the price if it were dropped. But if not lowering price then dry away. Just have been to others that don’t hand dry and it’s fine. If I want to dry it I could do it myself.”
