Always good. Kudos to the VFW for serving us food when we couldn't get Maid Rite Hamburgers.UPDATE:. December 10, 2022-I went back last night to see Garrie Woolery and the Backstage Pass. It was also the Christmas party for the Darke County Singles, with the food served by the VFW. The food was good. Garrie and the band put on an excellent show, and they make you want to get up and dance!UPDATE: July 8, 2023-I returned again after several months to see Garrie Woolery and the Backstage Pass as part of the Darkest County Singles. They put on an excellent show, and it was worth it to make the drive from Richmond.”
