I went in yesterday to transfer my number to Cricket and ended up getting the moto g 5g phone for free which is fine. I called the other day and spoke to a girl and she quoted me saying I could walk out with a total between $80-$90 and I ended up being charged almost $130 because the representative that was in there added on extras without telling me what they were or even what he added on until I got home. Will not be doing anymore business with this cricket wireless until the problem is fixed. Future customers make sure you tell the representative to not add anything on without telling you what they are adding

I congratulate you because you have a great staff in this store, they are very friendly and know how to serve customers. I definitely recommend this place if you want to buy a phone and be with the cricket company, very good service, please keep up the good work.

I was just there today and switched to them as a cell provider. Benjamin was SO HELPFUL! He even got the cases on and installed the Max subscription too! Great service and seemed well knowledged on what they offered! Thank you!

I must first state that I'm not a current customer. I ran in to the Greenville store to purchase a charging cord as I was a long way from home and at 6% battery. I was assisted by an employee named Derek. He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. My balance came to $21 and some change. Without hesitation, Derek took a bill from his wallet to help me with that last dollar. Thanks so much Derek! Someone, give that man a raise! ?
