My husband and I rent cars nearly every week from the Greenville location. Dan Z is always incredibly helpful and accommodates our requests however he can. Not only are his cars clean, in excellent shape, and well-maintained... he does everything he can to accommodate the type of car we need. Because Greenville is such a small area, he cannot control the particular cars that are available each week... but he always ensures that we have the best option. He communicates well about pick-up and drop-off times and has always fixed any problems that have arisen. If car rentals must be part of our weekly routine, we are glad that routine also includes Dan at Enterprise!

They did not have my car avaiable. We reserved 9 weeks in advance! We called a week before to confirm. On the day of at about 11:30am they told us they did not have a van but a Traverse. We said that would be okay. When we arrived within the hour the agent told us that they could only give us a Ford Escape that seats 4 passengers. The Traverse was no where to be found! The agent called Firestone and was told it was already picked up. The agent had no clue what was going on and dofus in the back just sat there and starred at us. Good thing we had other options! Thanks for delaying our trip, Enterprise. This branch sucks.

I got charged for 10 days on a rental because these incompetent people (Dan) Left my rental sitting at Dave Knapp Ford instead of picking it up like he was supposed to do. Luckily the enterprise I rented it from in TN refunded my money. I do not recommend this place.

Editing my review - they were having phone issues and got back to me. They were able to accommodate me and I am told they are very short staffed. Thanks for the follow up Enterprise, that is encouraging.

Hidden fees and rates they don't tell u about .. unlimited miles and for the day 100$ but they don't tell u there is a deposit of 400$ .. not good business

I 100% DO NOT recommend renting a car here. We had a reservation for 8am to leave for a business trip. Get a phone call at 715am that they have no car for us. Horrible customer service!! No offer to help find one, just sorry about your luck. People reserve for specific times and days because they have a schedule!!!

Reserved a car 2 weeks in advance. The morning we were to go on vacation they called 1 hour before our pick up time and said they wouldn't have the car until 2 hours after our scheduled time. When we went to pick it up there wasn't anyone there and we had to wait for about another 30 minutes. Our leaving time for vacation ended up being postponed for about 3 hrs total. The car we received was a new car with around 2000 miles on it. It also had dents and a scratches all around it. We were absolutely not impressed with the service or the car.

Awesome customer service! A few hiccups but Andrew was the one who helped out my husband and I, he was very nice and apologetic and made up for it. Highly recommend!

Usually get good newer rentals here. Little side not always reserve compact they usually don't have any and they then will upgrade you for free allowing you to pick what you want.. the best one to do this at... I've been all over the United States renting from them and this one only lacks the best prices.. they charge about 15% more then most corporate run locations. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Adam and my girlfriend cannot seem to get on the same page but that goes both ways her too .. I gave them there very 1st review that has been viewed over 2000 times with brand new trucks I used to one way back from other states

We made online, last minute Sunday night changes to our reservation. The Greenville location is closed on Sundays. Monday morning I was called to be informed they may not have the type of car we need. The agent worked hard all day to locate a car and by 4:30 that afternoon I was picking it up. He was diligent and kept me informed every step. I appreciated his wonderful customer service efforts! We love that it’s a local shop, easy to get to and cheaper than the airports!
