I was 5 hours from home with a tire on a trailer blown out they were the only ones around on a Saturday that was that was open when I got there they were full up but the staff was kind enough to take me in and put a rush on my tire so I could get back on the road quickly I really appreciate that thank you

Everyone here is very professional and treats you like family. They make sure you are taken care of and understand your options. I tell everyone about these guys. The Firestone visa is also a great credit card! I love the bonus points that go towards my oil changes! Very nice!

I only wanted to find out why my brake pads had a burnt smell and they took pictures and inspected my whole van i think is invading customers privacy and i was not ask to inspect the whole van when i pacifically ask them to only check the cause of burnt smelling from front brake pads service took so long to service the van shop associate was rude and ask me to sit in the waiting area as i was looking through the window at my van being worked on i was not in the garage or interfering with the man serving my van they trying to sell me services that i dont need and want the prices are outrageously too high and price gouging management and service training needs to be evaluated weekly if not daily they should listen to the customer needs instead of the stores wants out of the customer even the associate behind the desk said i can save some money and do it myself on stuff i didnt ask them to take pictures of or inspect their was only one associate that was very helpful and respectful to me.

My front two tires got changed and replaced. They were ordered within a reasonable amount of time and installed just as timely. I forgot to mention I had a nail in my back tire but they spotted it and called me and fixed it. All done within about an hour. There was a woman working that was refreshing to see. She was very nice by the way!

We had a great experience today. Ordered tires online and needed them mounted. We were told it may not get done today, which was fine, the car would be parked inside overnight. Luckily they were able to get it done within an hour and a half. No hassle, no upselling. Just honest, quick work for a nice price. Will definitely be back for my next set!

I was quoted a lifetime alignment for 209.99 plus tax. When I picked up my vehicle the charge was 243.23- I asked why it was more, the counter guy said it was tax. I explained that tax was not that much on 209.99. He then said oh it is a shop charge, for supplies used. I asked what supplies were used in an alignment? He said that’s just something we add to all of our jobs. If it’s an extra added charge to every job, then it should be sold as that. It is not be a 209.99 alignment at that point. I feel like I was sold something on the pretense of it being cheaper than I was going to be charged. Highly unsatisfied with the lack of scruples in the shady pricing of this service. Give the accurate price up front- don’t add it on after the service is done like an extra tax.
