I bought identical electric recliners over 3 years ago. Also I bought the insurance for them. One of the motors quit working, so I contacted the insurance company and was told that they couldn't replace motor due to the time limit. HOWEVER, Josh from Francis Furniture told me that he would replace the motor, free of charge. I highly recommend going to Francis Furniture! The service is remarkable.

I bought a couch and chair in 2019 and it broke and came unsewn at seams. Very poor quality. I’ll never buy anything from this store again. I gave them one star because the delivery people were very helpful and friendly.

Although it has taken a very long time for the items I ordered from the store to come in, Josh has been nothing but very pleasant and polite to work with. I understand it’s their vendors fault and not his that it’s taking so long, but he has taken every opportunity to make it right with us. He has offered us a refund, an exchange, and anything else we think would be fair to make it right. I appreciate him and his efforts!

Ordered 2 recliners totally $2600, paid for one in full at time of order with balance due on delivery. Told it would take 12-14 wks. Sales clerk told us that when it got close to 12 wks to call and get status. Did, and was told they have no way of tracking merchandise that they order. Emailed LazyBoy to see if they could assist, they said Francis Furniture could track product. Made more calls to FF and was told multiple lies just to get me off the phone. Alex said our order was shipped on Dec 7 and confirmed this on multiple calls. Each time I would call Alex would be annoyed about calling on something we had actually ordered and paid for. He even resorted to raising his voice and talking over me. It has been 19 weeks and now told it will not ship until end of Jan. Requested our money back to go somewhere where honesty is a priority. If they can't be honest about an order I doubt they will be helpful with a warranty issue.

All Francis Furniture stores are not equal they are all over and we have been to most of them. The Greenville store was great. We bought furniture there and will go back if we need something else.

Don't buy from Francis furniture. They do NOT stand behind there products even after they check it out and label it as defective. Our mattress was 4 years old Francis Furniture came out said defective they want more money to replace it and offered a much lower quality of mattress to us with more fees. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL!

I just wanted to say how efficient and pleasant the delivery guys were last Saturday. They went above and beyond getting our furniture moved in and set up, being very careful not to damage anything. We appreciate this so much. Even though we were the next to last delivery of the day, and maybe the most difficult, they were still very upbeat and eager to please. Oh, and the furniture is perfect in our space. Only one problem (a mechanical one)and that will be taken care of tomorrow.
