My grandson got a hair cut today from Jodi. She was very kind and personable and did a great job! All of the workers were focused on their job cutting hair and were not talking alot. It was a breath of fresh air to be in such an atmosphere where staff had manners and not gossiping loudly back and forth across the room about others as has been my past experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Worse place ever she told me she would only take 2 inches off max my hair is like 4 inches shorter I hate it she new I’m trying to grow it out I’m very angry want my money back it’s shorter then I have ever had it so yeah right that’s all she took off this is not right now I gave to waste my husband money on freaking hair extensions all this just for a flipping trim well what is should have been but got a chop off my hair cut what so thanks a lot everyone please stay away from this awful place they will destroy your hair and they don’t do what u ask

Great Clips is to haircuts what Little Caesars is to pizza. You might get what you're looking for....sometimes. But most of the time, you'll leave disappointed. If you want to look like Edward Scissorhands slapped at your head, blindfolded, for 30 minutes, this is the place for you!
To the dark-haired lady with the Pokemon pin, we thought we could trust you, but you really let us down.

Waiting over an 1:15 minutes for a haircut is unheard of I had to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer.
I love the person who cuts my hair but this is ridiculous. What’s the point of even allowing people to walk in when you forced to wait for the people who online check in. Just make everyone check in online and be honest with people about the wait time. Wasn’t this the idea of whole business walk in and get a haircut might as well just have a standing appointment with a stylist. Never again.

Ive went to great clips for many years since i was a child and i can say with confidence they are responsible for some of the worst haircuts of my life, this most recent is the worst. I said DO NOT TOUCH THE TOP just cut the sides and what did she do cut my top didnt check with me on anything none the less didnt talk to me instead she was talking about getting plastered with the other hairdressers. I am beyond pissed with this store.

I took my daughter to great clips in Greenville today to get her haircut. When we walked in the atmosphere was very loud and unprofessional. I felt like I was in high school with a bunch of girls gossiping and being loud! My daughter was very annoyed also.

I asked for a undercut with a textured fringe and thry give me this new girl that doesn't know what to do and process to shave of the entire side and cut unnecessary part. If I knew that she would basically give me a buzz cut then I would have done it myself
