First off, I have to say I am appalled by how management treats people (customers and employees) while the store is open. I was shopping and saw an altercation in one of the aisles between two women. After passing by I see a name tag on one indicating she is the store manager. The way she was speaking to the other woman made it very clear to me this woman should NOT be in any position of management if she obviously can’t remain professional on the sales floor. Secondly, The way corporate handles complaints is absolutely disgusting. A friend of mine called corporate to complain about an employee making sexual remarks in front of customers ( I was told there were inappropriate photos sent out to staff as well) and making them feel uncomfortable and was HUNG UP ON after they told my friend they already knew about the guy and multiple complaints had been filed against him. Yet, this man still is employed by the Greenville Kroger. I know a few of the employees that work at the store and they have informed me their boss is extremely unprofessional. Lots of favoritism in this place. Not only does she takes away hours that people have worked before submitting payroll shorting their paychecks (she gets a bonus for saving on hours) but she has made the work environment hostile due to her lack of communication skills and knowledge of how to be a decent manager. You have to care about your employees to make people actually want to do good work for you, but she doesn’t seem to understand or care. Jobs are threatened due to family emergencies, sick children, or car troubles. That is no way to run a business. Seems as if management would rather walk around with Starbucks in their hands than actually fix any of the grievances from customers or employees. I wouldn’t touch this place with a ten foot pole.

Well we wanted it to say Death to my twenties...we got twentys. Not really sure how the mix up happened. We still had to pay full price for a mess up, the cake tasted good. However feel like they should have noticed the mistake.

Rude cashier, wish I had gotten her name!! Had no change for a 2.78 purchase, and when we said we didn’t have . 78, she said then I guess you will have to use a card! I asked her to get change, and was told they don’t give me change! Had there been an employee at the service desk, I would have reported her. No way to treat your customers!!

So I can’t find tampons or pantiliners, asked multiple employees who sent me to isle 22, that’s incontinence! The line is clear back in the dairy area! Most frustrating shopping experience ever! Even worse than Walmart!!! I’m writing this in line to check out, been over 10 minutes and I just left the juice section!

This store is so messy. And not stocked well at all. When I do find what I want it's on a top shelf and pushed far back. I am disabled and can't reach up there. There's never a stock person when you need one. They're more concerned with the pick list than the regular stocking. I left Walmart and started shopping Kroger because at the time they were much better. Now however, we can never go in and find what we need. I'm going to go back to Walmart or out of town. I'm fed up with this Kroger!

Non existent staff, shelves empty, people jumping line when 6 of us with carts were obviously in line waiting like we're supposed to. 3 lines open at 5:30 pm on a Friday. No one in management cared when I brought it to their attention. Said there was nothing they could do. Are you kidding me? Troy Kroger is so much nicer but a 45 minute drive so I guess Eikenberry's will get my business now.

Disappointed today. Went to build a salad for lunch, and the salad bar is gone! This was the only location left in Greenville to do this. Please reconsider.

made 2 trips to Greenville for turkeys and hams. was told both times they had a truck coming in a few days. I bet 3rd trip will be more of the same. If you're going to run a sale at least have product on hand!

I use clicklist. The carryout guys are awesome, they bring the stuff right out to load my truck.

This Kroger is very nice and well-stocked. For the area, they have great selection and availability. The employees were all very friendly, had great attitudes, and were happy to help. It was very busy though, and all open check-out lanes had substantial lines. Overall, great store.
