“My 94 year old dad lives out in the country where it can be difficult to get good internet service. Even if he could, the interior wiring is weak. But… he needs fast internet.The only thing I could think of a few years ago would be to get a Verizon mobile hot spot. That turned out to be a “free” cell phone with a data limit. That worked great except for the fact that it increased his usage. He would run out of the high bandwidth around the 4th week of the month.Today we went to the Verizon store to see if we could get him something better. I failed to get the name (Seth?) of the Verizon guy we worked with, but he was terrific! He set us up with a much newer hotspot and increased his “fast” bandwidth limit 20% or so. If that wasn’t enough, we can bump him up in small increments.Great job on Verizon for having such flexible plans, and another great job in hiring such a great representative.”

“Shelby was more than I expected!! I called Thursday and spoke with Nathen, he was very polite and gave me all the information I needed to get my parents on my plan. Shelby helped us while we were at the store. She got my parents new phones, set them up with an Apple ID and transferred all the contacts etc. She was fantastic.
