Run down and black mold in bathroom. Pictures attached. Internet speed was slow and cut out. Price way too high for this hotel as well.

We had a great stay. Room was awesome, comfortable, and quiet. Michelle, the lady at the front desk was amazing. Cheerful, polite, and respectful, I do not know if she is a manager, but she should be. You need more people like her in your business. Thank you so much. I made a mistake, her name was Elizabeth not Michelle. So sorry for my brainfart.

Hot breakfast, pool was opened for us after hours, downside was no elevator and no vending machine. But it was very nice.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I am HUGELY critical of hotels. I generally use Hilton hotels but I am a Choice Hotels Platinum member also so I have stayed in my fair share of Quality Inns. This is the cleanest and friendliest Quality Inn that I have ever stayed in. It was cleaner than many of the Hamptons I stay in. The room was spotless. Even the A/C unit was spotless. It wasn’t covered in mildew and dust like the units in many other hotels. I loved the vinyl flooring also. It is so much easier to clean and maintain. Carpet like most hotels have is just nasty. There was not a spec of dirt anywhere in my room. No foul smell, no humid damp atmosphere, no dirt swept into the corners etc. The bedding was cleaner than almost any other hotel I have stayed in. The mattress and box spring were clean and stain free also. To reference other reviews it is slightly outdated in some aspects and dimly lit in some areas but that is no concern at all for me. I will take CLEANLINESS over modernization and fancy lighting any day of the week. And to be honest, the vinyl flooring gives a very modernized feel in my opinion. Outstanding job to whoever is managing this facility. They are the epitome of the type of quality I expect from a hotel.

Clean, friendly and has a pool! The Continental breakfast gets you going in the morning. Beds are nice and comfortable after a long day.
Quality Inn Greenville North is our preferred hotel when we stay in Greenville for the Annie Oakley Festival every year!
