Rural King offers an outstanding product mix including livestock feed, farm equipment, agricultural parts, lawn mowers, workwear, fashion clothing, housewares, and toys, making every trip an adventure. The business prides itself on Every Day Low Prices and is known for good prices on a lot of farm products. Reviews highlight excellent and helpful customer service, with specific praise for knowledgeable staff in the power equipment and tractor department who work hard to take care of customers. The store is described as a very nice place with nice people, where service can be fast. The shelves are sometimes a little understocked, but the floor and aisles are clean and tools are organized decently. Customers find it a nice place to shop.
Rural King has great prices and a selection of goods but be careful of them pants, they'll rip from stem to stern leaving you exposed.

I purchased a gun safe and had some issues with shipping department and paint damage, but left a review through email and received a phone call the next day with an apology and understanding of my concerns. I would definitely shop here again knowing that my feedback is actually being listened too and taken into consideration.
