Called to get a 'remaining balance on my car loan because I was about to pay it off.' They gave me a dollar amount. I sent them a check for that amount to pay off the loan. Should be good to go right? Nope. After I pay it off they tell me I owe a $150 early pay off fee. They did not warn me about this the two times I called to get a remaining balance and I have never heard of this fee before. I would've just waited until the last year if I knew. Sneaking this into the contract is a dirty way to get money out of their customers. Going back I would have went to a more trusted bank. I also never had access to an online portal and they couldn't email me the supporting documents they could only send them via snail mail; the bank seems to be behind the times as far as technology. But yea, my main concern is to be wary of this fee if you are going to finance with them. They won't warn you about it after the contract. You never know when you might get some cash to pay off your car and this fee leaves you with a terrible feeling at the end.

I have financed 4 car loans in the last 5 years 2 with credit unions and 2 with banks. I was going to use a credit union this time but got talked into another bank loan because it was local. Bad mistake. 2ed national has to be the most disorganize bank in the world. Toke 4 emails 5 calls to get auto pay set up then was told make first payment manually and the rest will come out auto. Well I made the payment and they auto pulled another one out. Called again toke about 10 minutes for them to figure out how to fix it. Now I have to wait for everything to clear before I supposedly get they extra payment back. Probably take 4 more calls to get it done. I will pay off this loan next week and go to a credit union. O ya i get the joy of paying an extra $150 for closing the loan early. Moral of story go to a real bank or credit union to get a loan.

I sent a letter about my concern for one of their programs. I thought it took unfair advantage of the poor. A few days later I got a call from the bank president. He thanked me for my concern and was very professional and helpful. Don’t know many bank presidents who would take the time to do that in this day and age. You made a customer for life!

Been a customer for years, very helpful, no problems, I'm sure people that have had problems would just calm down, it will all be fine. Going crazy on someone on the phone doesn't get anything done! These are helpful people at SNB!

First, we love the professional experience we have had with Brian Wagner and his colleagues over the past 5 years with our businesses. Brian has taken his time with us and answered extensive questions for us without ever feeling rushed. We bank there because of him. Second, Kim at the Third and Walnut branch has been more than friendly and speedy in any transaction . Always smiling! Thanks Brian and Kim for that hometown feeling!!

I am very unhappy with this bank and will not be doing service with them again. In March, I paid off my auto loan for my car. Come April, they still took out our monthly car payment. The bank account they took it out of is only used for bills so there was no extra money in it for this payment, resulting in our account being over drafted and us receiving a fee. We called Second National the next day and asked them to cancel the payment before it was officially withdrawn so we

Just got off the phone with them and the lady on the other end did not give me her name and was rude as all get out she acted like I was asking her to give her life to the devil I called to ask what we owed on our loans and she told me the rate with a 10 day pay off I told her I needed to know the in general amount she told me I could subtract it myself... umm I could but I don't know what the amount was I needed to subtract! Until I got to our 2nd loan and asked what that amount I subtract was and she acted all put out by me asking! Can't wait for these loans to be paid off I for sure will stick to local banks that aren't RUDE!

Friendly staff but a bit of a confusing layout. Glad they were able to point me in the right direction and give me an amazing car loan.
