We went there to get a new TV since the old one died. Roz in their electronics dept was great to work with. He knew the differences between the products, and helped us load the TV into our truck.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. When you have a question there is no one in site. Then when you check out they put in 20 self checkout machines ( that doesn’t have any new features like Apple pay ). They also have 2 lines open and there’s a line of people waiting for 20 minutes just to check out. The prices there are crazy expensive as well 5 items and it will cost 100 dollars.

If I could you wouldn't have even gotten 1 star. I ordered today Tuesday April 30th at 5:05pm and was supposed to be delivered between 9-10 pm. I received a text saying my order was delayed. I waited until 10:30pm and called store phone rang for 4 minutes then someone picked up and hung up without saying a word. So I dialed again same thing but this time it rang for 5 minutes picked up and hung up on me. Dialed again same thing after 5 minutes picked up and hung up on me. Well the 5th time some young lady answered and was rude I asked where my order was and she put me on hold. Came back wanted my name. I told her they wanted me to cancel or pick up order tomorrow. I don't drive because of medical reasons. So can't pick up order. She went round and round with me. Manager got on phone and told me delivery driver didn't show up. That's not customers fault. I spent almost $175 because I try to only order a couple times a month. Well Manager hangs up on me. Wouldn't tell me his name or woman that answered phone. Wouldn't tell me her name either. Still saying 2 hour delay on order. Well corporate should return my Walmart plus fee, order price and my groceries. And should never be charged for Walmart plus fee for the rest of my life. 3rd time myself and my husband has had problems with this store. I would shop elsewhere but can't get anywhere else because like I said I can't drive because of medical problems and my husband passed away back in 2022. So you have my information on my Walmart membership. So I'll be waiting on your call. Cynthia Coblentz.
