They are very rude people. I asked for RMD for $6. They gave me 9 of them. If I go to other stores, they give me 10 or more. They are very rude. Don’t shop there.

Great neighborhood store, cheap with helpful if hurried employees. I go here a lot, the only downside is that there are long lines at check out most of the time. But prices make up for that

Himalaya is a hidden gem. My husband and I love going here. The Samosas and Momos are great, and we have been slowly trying each dish on the menu. Once the staff knows you, they love seeing you back and treat you well. They're always playing some pretty rad Nepali and Indian music, we are usually the only ones in there.

First time I've tried Himalayan! Wow, I'm glad it was here. I'm a vegetarian and got the samosas and veggie thukpa, which is like deliciously spiced tomato soup with noodles. I hate to describe it that way, which doesn't do it justice. Just go try it- you can't go wrong for $6. Would add a pic but I inhaled the food so it's gone. Samosas also came with a lil side mix of peas that rocked.

I ordered the Sukuti and the chicken momo. The only reason I gave it a two star is that momo was tasty and warm. I ordered through DoorDash which I keep swearing that I am going to stop because it takes forever for someone accept and deliver the order so I don't know if that was the cause of the food being warm. But the Sukuti was horrible. You can see in the picture that the meat was black and I can tell you it was hard and dry like the griswalds Christmas turkey. I had to throw it away because it was horrible. And yes the orange liquid is grease. For $10 it was in the sandwich styrofoam container. This was not worth an $18 dinner and that is not including any fees. Oh I almost forgot I asked for a spice level of a 10 and it wasn't spicy. I was not impressed the first time I ate there and I will not be going back.

Ordered from here for the first time on Saturday. I really liked the chicken tikka masala it exploded with flavor. I'd definitely order that again.. the other dishes..maybe not sure much. I will say they are VERY skimpy on their chicken. almost all of my dishes were meant to have chicken. The Masala had a whole 4 tiny pieces and they were very dry. I also got a chicken tikka appetizer.. I will not be ordering that again. the chicken was burnt and well over cooked. that's all you could taste. I can't think of the name of the other dish we had.. it was good.. but, it was to spicy for my wife. she asked for a level 1 slice and it was definitely a 3-4. I'd try this place again but maybe on a different day. if it's the same results then I will keep my score but I really hope I'll be fixing it next time around. this place is worth a try.

We have been going to Himalaya for a couple months now. The food is consistently delicious and the service is great. My go to is the Chicken Makhani, which I really feel is the best I have had at any Indian/Nepali restaurant in the area. They also have some specialty dishes that are unique and really good. A couple other favorites are the Chicken 65, Chicken Thukpa and the SoMomo. They now have a liquor license so you can get a Taj Mahal with your meal. The restaurant is small and very colorful, the server is always super friendly and recommends new dishes to us, which always surprise and delight. Excellent!

This is my favorite restaurant in Colerain! The vegetable biryani is to die for. I love love love it! The menu is visually appealing. The atmosphere is great. I absolutely love this place. It's a must try! Very unique options.
