Really upset. Signed up from a promo for a free month and was charged and acquired fees for overdrafts. Then asked to cancel membership in January and still no one has canceled it or got back to me

Wow completely robbed by Ryan was told if I give him $200 it would pay for the year if I pay in cash. I've been charged $30 every 2 weeks since. It felt shady at the time but Ryan has clearly had practice at running this scam. Dude literally stole my money and forged my signature. This is sad and embarrassing for us all. I'm out like 400 and I'm guessing the owners don't care. Stay far away from this scum. It's on me for not following my gut.

So I’ve never been to Anytime Fitness before. I reached out to Anytime and had an appointment scheduled for today at 2:30p. I arrive at 2:32p, walk up to the door and it’s locked. People ARE inside and they were open. However, not ONE staff-member even came to the door. I call, they send me to voicemail. I don’t get it, do you or do you not want new members? Because at this rate, I’ll NEVER return to Anytime. This was a waste of time and gas.

Can't fix anything in a timely matter. You don't take care of anything but yet you take money. I can't wait for my contract to be over. I decided to try Anytime fitness because it's open 24/7. What they don't tell you is they don't take care of anything. I really believe they think they don't have to fix things or take care of the place because they let you go in whenever you want. I'm sticking with planet fitness and you'll be hearing from me the end of July when I cancel. I'll be doing it in person too. You didn't fix a shower for about 6 months when all it needed was a new hose. Then you had a toilet backed up, that didn't work. Now both showers have a sign that says don't use. And I don't understand when something needs fixed why don't you do it? It needs to be done asap. Oh and I forgot about the sink that was clogged with dirty black water. Unacceptable and when I bring this up in feedback emails the manager wants to talk to me . Talk about what? You see what needs fixed and you are in no rush to make gym members happy. This is my final time here. I won't be back.

Will scam you. I signed up for 18 months a few years ago and did not sign up for auto renewal. They said at the time of signing I would receive a copy of the contract via email, which I never received. While looking through my bank statement recently I saw im still being charged well past the 18 month period and its seeming like the reason I never received a copy is because they against my will signed me up for auto renewal and me having a copy which clearly states I didnt agree to auto renewal would be bad for them. Seek out a more legitimate and professional gym. Crooks.

I joined Anytime Fitness with high hopes and expectations, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The primary reason for my dissatisfaction revolves around the gym's manager, Ryan Baker, who consistently demonstrates a lack of professionalism and responsibility.First and foremost, I have tried to contact Ryan Baker via email on numerous occasions, but I've received no response. It's disheartening to see a manager of a fitness facility disregard members' inquiries and concerns. Prompt communication is a basic expectation when managing a business, and this disregard for members' needs is unacceptable.Furthermore, I've had a regrettable encounter where Ryan Baker blatantly lied about canceling my membership. Despite my clear and documented request for membership termination, he insisted that it was taken care of, only for me to continue receiving charges. This dishonesty is both frustrating and financially burdensome.To make matters worse, the gym's posted hours of operation seem to be more of a suggestion than a commitment. I've frequently visited the gym during its supposed open hours, only to find it locked and empty. It's incredibly frustrating and undermines the trust I placed in Anytime Fitness to provide reliable access to its facilities.I would strongly advise anyone considering joining Anytime Fitness to think twice before making that commitment. The unprofessional behavior exhibited by the manager, Ryan Baker, and the overall lack of integrity within the gym are red flags that should not be ignored. There are countless other fitness facilities in the area that are more dependable and customer-oriented, and I encourage potential members to explore those options instead.In summary, my experience with Anytime Fitness and its manager, Ryan Baker, has been nothing short of disappointing. The lack of communication, dishonesty regarding membership cancellation, and unreliable gym hours make it clear that this gym does not prioritize its members' needs. I canceled my membership due to moving far away and Anytime confirmed my cancellation in person.They are still charging my card even after cancelation. I’ve called over 10 times and they do not answer the phone. I’ve been in person twice now to confirm my cancelation and they continue to charge my card.I’ve tried going in person again but no one is ever in the office even during there staffed hours. I do not recommend this place at all. Terrible service, very dirty, air stops working sometimes, and now they are stealing money away from me.

DO NOT SIGN UP. IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL.We used Anytime while in our apartment, we moved over 25 miles from an Anytime and went to cancel our membership (as per our contract states we can) and found it is impossible to cancel.We went in person and filled out the form to cancel TWICE. We were told by the employee it was cancelled TWICE. Still got charged. We have called in numerous times, no one answers. We’ve gone in numerous times, apparently no one works there. We called the corporate office and had to wait on the line to get a supervisor on the phone to try to cancel it.Ended up calling our bank to cancel the charge. They make you sign up with your routing & account number so you can’t simply cancel the transaction. We filed claims for the charges through our bank.

I love Anytime Fitness. Open 24/7Plus Robert Ritchey the team manager is awesome! Because of him I would give this gym 20 stars ⭐️Robert and the team here go above and beyond their line of duty.The gym is always clean bathrooms always clean. And I love the atmosphere here at Anytime Fitness. I have been going here for about 3 years.They are always here to help when in Need.

Robert the general manager, is extremely respectful. Me and him have a good relationship and every time I come in he is super welcoming. Also this gym is extremely clean compare to others I have been, not to many people show up at the same time so it’s perfect to get a quick workout in and not have to wait 20 minutes for a machine!

Place is progressing nicely the staff is definitely there on time and there until they're supposed to. I don't have any complaints on that (maybe they're cleaning bathrooms?) But definitely getting wayyy better in terms of cleanliness. If you haven't been in awhile I'd recommend going back and checking it out once more

There's never any staff during staff hours, like literally no one at all is there. The place has been going downhill in maintenance. There's wipes overflowing out the trash cans. No spray for the showers so it's never cleaned out. I used to really like this place idk what happened over the past couple of months but it's not really worth it anymore for the price

I do not recommend this gym. Staff is never there if you sign up for extra amenities. I’ve been trying to cancel for 2 months and they say I have to come in to sign a paper but there is NEVER staff there during staffed hours it seems. I’ve called several times and no one answers the phone. Ridiculous.
