Cracked my back glass and called to see if we had insurance and they told me we don’t have insurance. So I call Apple and they quote me $400 and I declined and decided to live with it. After going through the family plan bill this month it appears we have been paying for insurance the whole time … could have got this fixed a while ago but the staff seem severely under trained and customer service for AT&T in general is absolutely awful ime . Very frustrating make sure you go through every aspect of your bill because AT&T doesn’t even know why they are taking your money apparently!!!

Quan greeted us promptly and assisted my Husband and I as we walked into the store. We were having 2 new numbers established and transfer of iCloud to an existing phone. We also purchased an iphone15 and had that transferred as well. There wasn’t a question that he couldn’t answer. Quan was very knowledgeable and informative about everything. We hope to continue to work with him at this location in the future. He was very professional and kind. He knew the ins and outs of the whole process. It was a flawless, stress free process and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I will definitely recommend him at this location to others! Hope to see him again in the future for our phone needs.

The Gentleman at the ATT Store in Grove City were very good at the jobs helped me figure out the iPhone 15 Plus in a very timely manner. They were wonderful.

I had a bad experience switching to Spectrum and William ( I think that's his name big haired fella) helped me tremendously. Although he was not making any commission from me he still helped me. It took about 5 hrs between 2 days and he never seemed aggravated. It was not his fault it took this long it was the lack of Spectrum. Long story short don't switch to Spectrum and go see this guy for all you need. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
