Associates are not fully empowered to resolve customer issues. AT&T has some serious issues with employee training, customer service, and quality resolution of customer issues. My situation is too long to fully explain in a post (involved trying to get my deceased spouse of 29 year’s phone line canceled due to employees not being properly trained…it’s painful enough to deal with the loss and AT&T totally made it worse) but Ive worked in financial customer service for 25 years and the AT&T culture has lost its focus on the customer. The employees I’ve encountered are overall great people but they lack training and empowerment to do the right thing on resolving customer issues and that’s an overall culture fail. I’m leaving AT&T after being a loyal customer for years.

Great service in and out quickly. I received the service and got what I needed quickly. Better that Verizon by far.

I met the most helpful associate at the Grove City store. His name is Quan Pringle. Quan helped me get a replacement phone with my ATT insurance plan when I lost my phone. He helped me set up the new phone a couple days later. He also saved me money on my ATT monthly plan by changing it over to a newer plan. Quan was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly, not to mention extremely helpful in helping me solve my lost phone problem.

Grove City AT&T store clerk, Talon, set my new phone up in minutes. He replaced the SIM card I'd lost, too. He was efficient and very personable! Great job! People like him are why I stay with AT&T.

I stopped into the store to buy a few new chargers for myself and my children. A young man named Tanner greeted us at the door and helped us shop. This young man was very professional, patient and polite. He was not pushy like a lot of other sales people are we did not feel pressured only helped. Keep up the good work Tanner I was very impressed.John
