I had a problem with my credit card and visited the Bank of America in Grove City, Ohio. I was greeted upon entering their office. Doug Kelly was my relationship banker. He listened to me and had great patience with me. He was diligent and very thorough in his job. He explained every very clearly. He resolved all my problems. Everyone was polite and professional.Thank you Bank of America.

Not surprised that this place has an overall low rating. The manager (Tony Haworth) is a clown that likes to play lil games with customers where he'll come into the office after the current employee leaves, claiming they have to go to another office. Then Tony comes in with extremely bad acting and fake/pretend niceness. It's going to be a pleasure to bank elsewhere and leave this corrupt one forever.

Came to the bank at 4:15, it was closed… never heard of a bank closing before 5 on normal business days, signs still say 5pm.

Please someone help me understand how this bank still open in the us soil. So far this is the worse bank ever , customer service sucks top to the bottom please don’t even think about filling a claims they will denied without any investigation not even notified you. Please please stay away.

Bank hours says Sat 9-1pm, but when I arrived at 10am, the door was close and noone was there.

Called many times all week no answer and they need to be open 7 days a week I work Monday thru Friday 3rd shift so I don't get any time to do business except weekends

Never ever answer the phone at this location. Once again, disappointing customer service.Update: Thank you for bringing the fact that you are a financial center to my attention. I too am a customer needing assistance. If the matter I needed assistance with could have been handled in an "automated" fashion, trust I would have certainly chosen that option. Sadly, this particular transaction required actual timely human interaction. May I humbly suggest, with your location being such a high volume branch, you possibly entertain the idea of investing in a $15-$17 an hour receptionist position to assist your financial professionals in fielding calls as opposed to giving the caller little to no pertinent alternatives.

Went in today @1215 and was told the teller was on lunch and would be back in 30 minutes. My issue is why is there only 1 teller in the whole location. Why is this location even opened then at this point.
