I had to call to receive an update on my vehicle, after calling and being sent to voicemail, I called back and was sent directly to hold music without anyone answering the phone. Sat on hold for 16 minutes before someone picked up. Horrible customer experience and possibly not thinking about coming back.

I bought a 2019 GMC Canyon! I was very pleased with thier salesman Brett McConnaughey and the rest of the team. They worked hard get to price I was happy with, gave me very good price for my trade in, answered all my and no high-pressure sales!

We had the pleasure of working with Brett while purchasing my new 2023 Chevy Traverse High Country! He was great the entire time. He made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. Billy Douglas is an excellent salesperson. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered the questions I had. Jimmy Jones is an amazing general sales manager and was able to help me out on getting my truck. And Luke flowers is an outstanding finance manager and helped me understand the loan and everything that came with it.

Service department was unable to diagnose a stabilatrak indicator light that came on on my vehicle.. I obviously had some insulation that came loose on my inside dashboard that they did not offer to repair. Also, a vehicle was in bad shape and I did not get an offer to Repair this. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, they could not find the key, and there was a 10 minute delay to find the key to my vehicle! I did not feel the care and I will go elsewhere for my Chevrolet service.
