“The initial service window was 8 hours, but then went down to 3 hours. Other than that, techs were courteous and efficient. Management took immediate care of a follow up issue. And the price was way better than most other glass replacers. I would recommend them 100 percent.”
“I accidentally scratched the side of my car. First i tried to get a quote at another body shop. It took them a week before i heard back and the quote felt high.
So i decided to shop around and discovered Fine Line Auto body. They had better reviews and i can assure you they earned it. I drove in without an appointment and they quoted it on the spot and they gave me different options to fix it. Due to xmas season, i could only afford the cheapest option.
I had my car fixed in a day turnaround. I was amazed by their work. I cant even tell where the scratches were.
I cant remember the names of the staff that helped me but they were amazing. They were friendly yet professional.”

“My Subaru was unfortunately the victim of a hit and run, Kraft body shop was recommended to me so I decided to give them a try. They did a fantastic job! Customer service was excellent and they were even able to work with Byers to get the job done. My car was returned to me cleaner than I left it and I love that they are family owned, you can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. If need be I will be returning to them again.”

“So, I've dealt with quite a few shops, but I've never, ever had one I felt so good about. WOW is my review. They're the nicest people. Very patient with me and all my questions. And the car was returned so quickly, I've never had a car returned that quickly with that much being done. And icing on the cake is HERTZ car rental is on site at this location. I will never use another shop going forward. This location is the best I've found. 10 stars all the way! The car was returned to me looking better than when it was purchased!
UPDATE: Just realized this shop even detailed the car. The rims were all cleaned on all 4 wheels. Inside all cleaned up. Smells great! Wow, i called my insurance rep to tell her how great this shop is. I will be recommending them to everyone i get the chance. I was just too happy to notice the extra details they threw in.
Update 2. 3rd time using this shop. Still the best several ever. Everyone here is just awesome.”
“Jose was amazing from the very start. I called him from the parking lot of another body shop, realizing that they couldn't get my window done before I needed to travel the next day. So I desperately called around to see if someone could do it. Jose was extremely friendly on the phone and gaurunteed that he would get it done same day (at below my deductible cost). He was even really accomodating to my work schedule and making sure he'd be at the shop at the time I was able to come to get the car.”
“I got into a car accident and my driver side was damaged. AA Precise Collision Repair took care of me. They helped me get a rental, a tow truck and did an excellent job on my car. I could not be happier. Brittany handled everything. Make sure you ask for her. They made a bad situation into the most pleasant experience. Not only did they fix my car but they cleaned it up inside and out. If you need to get your car fixed this is the place to go.
