“The owner, Tom, was attentive from the moment I contacted him. He brought samples of everything I needed and gave really good suggestions. The employees who actually laid the carpet did a great job. They even went the extra mile by helping me move furniture back and adding the leftover base to the bottom of the display tables as they were finishing up. The office looks great.”

They do not have problems, only solutions to them if something was to arise (usually not their issue to begin with). I get to walk by work put in place ten years ago and it still looks fresh. The knowledge and craftmanship of the installers were fantastic, and I was blown away with how good the floors looked when finished. The salesmen were also great with explaining things and helping us pick a great floor. We will definitely use them again!!”
“I worked with Lisa . I had no idea what I wanted, so she took me around and showed me different carpet types and quality. I showed her what I liked, and she found me pretty close to what I was looking for sitting on their floor. The cost with pad and installation was $1000 cheaper than other quotes I had received for a lesser grade of carpet. Install date could have been as little as three days from purchase. Factory closeouts are what to look for. They pass along the savings. Highly recommend checking them out.”

“They did a fantastic job! ??The whole process took only 12 days.I called, and a gentleman named Guy came out to measure two of our homes.He brought a couple sample pieces too for us to look at.We choose Bliss because it's a great product.They got us scheduled very quick and they did both homes in one day.We had such a wonderful experience.
