Terrible customer service, exact reason for banks to move to automated tellers. What could have been explained as a policy over travel turned into go online or call which it’s a policy of no need to do so anymore. The guy in the lobby is useless and doesn’t do his job or doesn’t understand chase’s policy. Quite a joke to go in for help to be continually refereed to customer service, when it could have been solved with just a sentence.

This bank does not have the ability to take a cash deposit! They want you to use the ATM for everything…. Not possible. Not practical. I was trying to make a deposit in my child’s savings account which is not linked to my checking. Then my son wanted to trade a 5 and 5 ones for a ten and they couldn’t do that either. If you can’t do it in the ATM, you can’t do it here. Save your time and use another location.

This office and Chase banking has went downhill in the past year. One office is afraid to talk with another with our issue being resolvable that easy knowing a form that need filled out. Instead pushed away and now how Chase does banking. I’m looking to change banks

I've had nothing but good experiences with this bank. Originally, I had Huntington just across the way. Long story short, yeah well, it didn't work out. So I went to Chase. The only thing that's not 5-star about the service is the wait time/punctuality for appointments with the bankers. Which is understandable because they're busy. Beyond that, exceptional service.

Came in here about a week ago to get something notarized, it was definitely busy, but there were two women, who I can’t remember by name, but a teller and the notary. They helped my significant other and I with our 2 yr old, who like any other toddler does not find going to the bank fun lol but they were so amazing and the teller held him while we signed and gave him lollipops. The notary made us feel at ease knowing they’ve all been through it too with their kids. They both were so nice and it felt really good to know that there were still kind and great people in our community and our in the world still. I wanted to thank them for everything that day!

I’ve been banking here for years and customer service is not bad but way understaffed for the amount of customers. They don’t even have time to answer phone calls. Get these people help before you start losing customers

Way under staffed. Closed the one in Buckeye Parkway and have 1 teller working at the Stringtown Road. Going to take :30 minutes plus to get helped.

Tried calling the branch five different times throughout the day, and the only thing you get is recording is that there are assisting other customers and instruction to call back. Poor service. Not even a way to leave a message to have them call you back.

I went to the chase bank because my credit card was canceled and I was wondering what they can help me with I was wondering if I can send the credit card directly to Chase Bank and pick it up I got treated at the chase bank super unfairly when I told them I was homeless they started looking me weird and their customer service changed especially manager Michal told me if I don’t leave I would close your bank account 1/10 customer service. Very rude and bad people work there.
