“I can't even begin to express how grateful I am to the RMH !! If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be able to visit my preemie baby boy. It's so close to Nationwide Children's Hospital that you can literally walk across the street to it. Staff also offers transportation across to the hospital if the walk is too much for you. The facility is clean, offers meals, snacks, drinks, all for free. There are fun activities to get involved in for children & even for just parents. The bedrooms are like nicer hotel rooms with very comfortable beds, large TV, I have one with a breastmilk freezer so that's available to new mothers. There's a nice gym, lactation room, music room, meditation room, library, indoor & outdoor playground where kids can even play with water. Emotional support dogs visit constantly which I adore. Staff is very friendly ! (Besides one woman?) Sandy is my favorite staff. She's very caring & thoughtful ? I had a medical event while I was here & had to stay at Grant for a couple of days... staff was very understanding & helped ems find my room. Staff made sure I was okay when I came back here. I was worried I'd lose my room by staying in the hospital but I didn't. I am disabled & the staff went out of their way (especially sandy) to help me get all of my belongings to my room when I arrived here. There are a lot of hygiene samples you can get at the front desk along with a huge bag of them in your bathroom that you can use in case you run out of yours or forget to bring something here. This place does everything they can to make sure that you're as okay as you can be & comfortable while going their a hard time. Thank you so much RMH ?”

“Another beautiful, sacred Catholic Church here in Columbus, OH. What a beautiful church from the inside, they did renovations about a year and a half ago and it was lovely before but now it is even more beautiful. I have attended mass here many times before when Fr. Stash Dailey was still rector; he always had very good homilies. The Mercedarians took over about a year and a half ago and they also preach quite well. I’m so happy that they make confession and priority and that they offer late mass on Sundays at 2000hrs, also on holidays such as Christmas and Easter. Holy Family also hosts a vigil on Good Friday to Holy Saturday every year w/ the Sorrowful Virgin and Jesus at her feet. They have rosaries being said around the clock until the conclusion on Holy Saturday morning. Thanks for hosting this meaningful devotion. Such a holy, wonderful church, they make a big difference with all the good work they do in Franklinton! :)”

“01/24/2026 - Second visit to MadLab with some friends to attend and enjoy play Stick Fly by Lydia R. Diamond and directed by Columbus, OH Director Patricia L. Winbush.

11/01/2025 - First time visiting MadLab with some friends for an entertaining evening for the multiple plays of “Acts of Pride”. Small space with impactful performances. The seating is for a smaller crowd. Somewhat comfortable with arm rest and the seating is on elevated panels so there should not be obstructions. Decent lighting for the performers. Parking is free at a designated area (please see staff for parking information), paid parking lots, and paid street parking. Enjoy.”

“BEST Y EVER! I love this Y! Ms. April is a blessing every time she greets me with such kindness! The most relaxing and spirit rejuvenating workouts I ever have had have been with Ms. Shakeyrah in the Yoga classes she holds twice a week. I love the aroma therapy and personalization she intertwines in each lesson, as well general wisdom for wellbeing, advice on good form, and safety tips! She's a veritable YMCA RockSTAR! So grateful I found this local gem! Thank you all so much!”

“Variety of entertainment, easy hall rental, good food and drinks. Plenty of parking.Today, I attended a baby shower, went back to hear the band, and tried out the new kitchen manager's menu. Great day.Again, I stopped in after I was in the area to have some social time. Not busy, but it's always a great place to do in and hang out. Several other known members were there, and I hung out for much longer than usual. It's always great to roll the dice and realize you had a winning roll.”

“I don't know what this organization is like now, but they saved me and my small children back in 1998. At that time, they had a building that had offices, daycare and counselors downstairs. The two floors above the offices were free apartments for women and children. They also had a few townhouses around the corner from the building. The woman who started the foundation was elderly when I stayed there. Her kindness and the kindness of the volunteer staff saved us. We were safe and supported for the year that we were with them. If they are even half the foundation today that they were back then, I thank God for them.”

“What a complete 180° transformation of the Newman Center since I attended 30 years ago as a grad student!!! They were way off the rails back then. Now as my daughter starts grad school at OSU, I'm ecstatic to see it back on track. I'm so grateful for the Bishop's wisdom and all who played a role in the changes.”
