I currently have 2 units at the Grove City location. I recently put a 6-foot flowering Plumeria plant, in a 40-gallon pot, behind a parking unit near a wooded area so it could get sun until I could rent a truck to transport it.
It was there about a week until an employee chopped it into pieces and threw the pot and branches into their private dumpster.
It clearly was a house plant, as it was in a pot; it also was not obstructing anything—I don’t understand why it was thrown away as if it was trash.
I was able to grab a cutting from what was left over, but the pot was destroyed. 6 years down the drain just like that, and $400-500 for a comparable replacement.
Common sense could have prevented this...why not put a note on the plant if it needed to be moved?? …it was being watered every day.
Not happy.

Update: Please quit calling my phone every day. I paid my storage fee for this month and will pay every month after that. Just because someone leaves a review you dont like does not give you the right to blow up their phone. If the price changes to reflect the online promised fee then i will change my review. We have nothing further to discuss.
So the prices online do not reflect the actual cost. I reserved one of the $23.40 units. It is 33.00 when I went to sign the contract and they require insurance for 16.00. So I thought I was getting unit for half the price and now its 49.00 per month. I have no other choice but to use them at this point. I can even understand the insurance but a 10.00 jack up in price to get me in the door just irritates me.

Do NOT store anything with this company especially in their outside storage for RVs/Trailers. Despite all locks and security measures on our part, we had EVERYTHING stolen out of trailer parked at this facility. There is an ongoing police investigation into this theft. From what is advertised and in the contract they have cameras on premises. Conveniently unbeknownst to us, those cameras did not cover that part of the lot. For the amount they charge $$$$ for fees, security should be more prevalent. Speaking of fees, watch out for the postcards they send often about storage fee increases. I would highly recommend storing your items elsewhere.

I went online and signed my paperwork for my unit and they sent me confirmation emails right away. Then 2 different staff members called me to welcome me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. They were very friendly and professional.
